The U.S.-Africa Trade Commission is privileged to be guided by a Board of Governors that represents top-level executive leadership, experience, wisdom, and a broad cross-section of the business community across the U.S.-Africa trade axis.

Members of the Board participate in committees, Trade Commission signature events, and provide direct and indirect support for the organization through building the membership, sponsoring events, attendance and applying the wisdom necessary to exercise fiscal responsibility in the short and long term.

The Trade Commission and members benefit from the knowledge, experience and interests of the business executives serving on the Board of Advisors. A seat on the Board of Advisors includes these benefits:

The Management team of the Trade Commission has the responsibility of hands-on management of the Trade Commission, reviewing financial statements in detail, making policy recommendations to the Advisory Board of Directors and implementing approved policies.
