His academic credentials further include a postgraduate degree in Public Procurement and Compliance from the Faculty of Law at the Catholic University of Lisbon in Portugal, a double degree in Management and Engineering from the Complutense University of Madrid in Spain, and a foundational bachelor’s degree in management and business administration from the Metropolitan University of Angola.
