With a deep technology background and extensive hands-on experience in IT strategy, transformation, and business operations, Titus has held senior leadership roles across both private and public sectors. He served as a senior executive at ipNX, Nigeria’s leading fiber last-mile operator, where he pioneered the development of ipNX EMR, an innovative electronic medical records system for the healthcare sector. His impact extends to roles at Accenture, the State of Georgia’s Office of Information Technology, ClearOrbit in Texas, and major corporations including General Motors, John Holt, and UAC of Nigeria.
A respected voice in policy and planning, Titus was appointed by the Federal Government of Nigeria as a member of the Technical Working Group for the Medium-Term National Development Plan (2021–2025) and contributed to drafting Nigeria’s Agenda 2050, with special attention on Business Environment, Trade and Competitiveness and Product Space Mapping.
Beyond the corporate world, Titus has been a tireless champion for the Nigerian diaspora in the United States. Since 2013, he has served as President and CEO of the organization that has now transformed to the U.S.-Nigeria Business Council, a platform dedicated to expanding bilateral trade in sectors such as agribusiness, renewable energy, and technology. Through this role, he has advised on numerous high-impact projects and cultivated relationships across both public and private sectors to unlock new pathways for investment and cooperation. Under his leadership, the Council has become a strategic platform for bilateral partnerships, with strong links to government, diplomacy, and the private sector.
His dedication to community empowerment is equally noteworthy. As a committed advocate for Nigerian-Americans, Titus has been instrumental in building, revitalizing and unifying community leadership. As president of the Alliance of Nigerian Organizations in Georgia (ANOG), he transformed a small community group into a vibrant umbrella body of 43 associations, growing it into a vibrant coalition that unites diverse associations across social, ethnic, and economic lines. Under his leadership, ANOG experienced unprecedented growth and launched signature events like the Nigeria Unity Parade, annual Nigeria Diaspora Assembly and the Nigerian Community Leadership Development Forum, fostering unity and leadership within the diaspora.
