Dr. Elizabeth Lungu-NkumbulaDr Elizabeth Lungu-Nkumbula is former commissioner and Chief Executive Officer at Workers Compensation Fund Control Board In Zambia. She serves as a Board Chairperson of Mukuba Pension Trust, the National Vocation Rehabilitation Center and Mukuba Hotel Limited/ Zambia International Trade Fair.

She also serves as a board member on several institutions including Zambia Forest And Forestry Industries Corporation (ZAFFICO) Real Estate Investment Zambia and Mulungushi University/Kwame Nkruma University

Elizabeth has held various key strategic senior management positions, in the largest housing finance institution in Zambia that included serving as northern regional accountant and branch manager, manager banking operations and director banking operations which required significant financial experience in strategic vision alignment, team management and effective execution cutting across many disciplines.

In april 2012, the president of the republic of Zambia appointed Elisabeth as a commissioner and chief executive officer of workers compensation fund control board, a social security institution

Elizabeth holds a Doctor of Philosophy degree (PhD) in business administration majoring in finance from Washington International University in United States of America and a Master’s Degree In Business Administration also majoring in finance from university of Lincolnshire And Humberside In United Kingdom

Elizabeth served as the first indigenous female president of the agricultural Syyociety Of Zambia Lusaka (2010/2011) and as a
First Zambian female Deputy President of the Prince Phillip’s Organization, the royal agricultural society of the commonwealth in the United Kingdom (2011/2012)
She was appointed vice chairperson of international social security association technical committee in Geneva, Switzerland (2017/2019)
And appointed chairperson of African Chief Executive Officers network for international social security association vision zero global campaign in Coite De Voire in 2018.
Appointed by the bishop of the catholic church to serve as a member of board of governors in 2019
She is a Melvin Jones fellow of Lions Club International
