The U.S.-Africa Trade Council takes the protection of your data very seriously. We want you to know in which cases we collect data and how we use them. We took technical and organizational measures ensuring that we and third parties will follow the regulations. In order to improve and develop our website and technologies as well as our services to you it is possible that this privacy policy may change. The recorded data will be analyzed for the improvement of our Internet Services. If you order any informational, newsletters or brochures, we will ask for your name and other information. The access is reserved to special authorized persons dealing with technical, commercial or editorial support or maintenance of the servers.

Data that are kept as a result of a visit to USAfriTC sites will only be transferred to third parties if this is obligatory under law or pursuant to a court order, or if the transfer is necessary for criminal or civil proceedings due to attacks on the USAfriTC Internet infrastructure. We do not sell, rent or give away personal information to third parties for commercial or non-commercial purposes. If you order informational material, we will use your personal information only within the USAfriTC and the companies who are contracted to undertake the printing and shipping. We do not forward your information to third parties without your explicit consent.
